Grinzane Cavour Castle is a fortified residence in Grinzane Cavour, Piedmont, northern Italy, notable for its large keep and brick construction. Resided in and restored by Camillo Benso, Conte di Cavour in the 19th century, it now houses a museum, wine enoteca and hospitality spaces and is part of a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Rectangular, massive brick building with a large keep occupying an entire wing and a U-shaped main block. The stone is warm red-brown brick with tiled rooflines, small rectangular windows and a decorative corbelled band under the roof. The plan is punctuated by two square corner towers and two rounded pensile turrets, with a crenellated roofline and simple slit windows. The castle sits above vineyards on a gentle hill with a low perimeter wall and a paved terrace before the entrance.

Grinzane Cavour Castle in Piedmont is a massive rectangular brick pile with a large keep occupying a whole wing and a U-shaped range studded with turrets, two square and two rounded, the latter pensile additions of the 16th century. In the 15th century the castle belonged to the marquises of Busca, whose heraldic symbols have been found in some rooms beneath later plasterwork, and the ceiling of the Sala delle Maschere, 157 painted panels of arms, animals and allegories, celebrates the marriage of Pietrino Falletti, who owned the castle in 1517.
Of the several lords who followed, the most famous was Camillo Benso, Conte di Cavour, who resided here from 1830, served as mayor of Grinzane from 1832 to 1849, and restored the castle. On 22 June 2014 it was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list; it now holds an enoteca, a cafe and a restaurant, with educational rooms and a meeting hall in a building added in 2010.
