St Mary's Stadium

St Mary's Stadium is a modern all-seated football stadium in Southampton, England, and the home ground of Southampton F.C. since its opening in 2001. The stadium is a complete rectangular bowl of four equal-height stands (Itchen, Kingsland, Chapel and Northam) surrounding a natural grass pitch and has a capacity of about 32,000.

A compact rectangular bowl with red seating around a vivid green pitch, capped by a continuous white steel roof with visible triangular trusses and a deep overhang. The four equal-height stands form a clean perimeter; translucent cladding panels run along the rear of three stands and a larger translucent section covers the Chapel (south) end. Two large LED screens occupy the end stands; the Itchen (east) stand backs onto the River Itchen and has rows of executive boxes at its rear.
