Thridrangaviti Lighthouse
Þrídrangaviti (Thridrangaviti) is a small active lighthouse built atop the tallest of three offshore volcanic sea stacks off the southwest coast of Iceland. The light sits on a compact whitewashed concrete hut with a red lantern on its roof, isolated on a narrow summit ringed by steep dark basalt cliffs and the open Atlantic.

The single-storey roofline is crenellated like a low battlement; a cylindrical red lantern housing rises from the centre of the roof about four metres high. The stack rises sheer from a churning grey Atlantic, flanked by two lower jagged sea stacks; spray wets the rock faces and small patches of green vegetation cling to ledges.
