Turf Moor is the long-serving association football stadium in Burnley, Lancashire, and the home ground of Burnley F.C. since 1883. The ground in its early 20th-century form combined covered stands and large open terraces around a rectangular grass pitch and hosted very large crowds in the 1920s.
