The Aqueduct of Segovia is a Roman aqueduct whose elevated arched bridge carries water into the city of Segovia. Constructed in the early 2nd century AD, its visible arcade comprises 167 unmortared granite arches and once conveyed water along a U‑shaped channel. The two-tier arched stretch crosses the wide Plaza del Azoguejo and remains the city's principal architectural landmark.

A long two-tier arcade of unmortared grey granite ashlar, stretching as a linear wall of 167 semicircular arches up to about 28.5 metres high. The lower pillars are broader and step in section toward narrower upper pillars; the upper arches are slightly smaller and surmount a flat attic that contains a narrow U‑shaped water channel. Tight ashlar joints with no visible mortar, occasional rectangular niches in the attic, and the strict repetitive rhythm of pillars and openings crossing a broad paved plaza.
