Kiltinan Castle is a long-inhabited medieval castle near Fethard in County Tipperary, Ireland. Built on a limestone eminence overlooking the Clashawley River, it was remodelled in later centuries and by the early twentieth century served as a racehorse stud while remaining a private residence.

Perched on a low eminence of pale local limestone, the castle presents a solid stone main block with castellated parapets and an 18th–19th‑century remodelling that gives a crenellated silhouette. A castellated stone gateway marks the main entrance through parkland; a separate fifteenth‑century stone dovecote stands in the demesne. The site overlooks the meandering Clashawley River, with close-set mature trees and a small fenced pet graveyard within the grounds by the lawn.

Kiltinan's first known inhabitants were the Butlers, of the branch that held the title Baron Dunboyne, and it remained a Butler stronghold from 1452 until the Cromwellian invasion of Ireland — Cromwell attacked the castle on 13 February 1650.
Following the bombardment, Kiltinan was extensively remodelled by the Cooke family in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. The castle stands on a limestone eminence overlooking the Clashawley River near Fethard in County Tipperary.
In 1918 the castle was bought and first established as a racehorse stud farm — a use it has kept while remaining a private residence, still inhabited after some eight centuries on the site.
