Amalienborg
Amalienborg is a palace complex in Copenhagen consisting of four identical Classical-style mansions laid out around an octagonal courtyard (Amalienborg Slotsplads). It is the official residence of the Danish royal family and contains state rooms, private apartments and museum displays. The complex is anchored by a large equestrian statue of Frederick V at the square's centre.
