Christiansborg Palace
Christiansborg Palace is a palace and government complex on the islet of Slotsholmen in central Copenhagen. It houses the Danish Parliament (Folketinget), the Prime Minister's Office and the Supreme Court, and includes royal reception rooms, a chapel and stables. The present (third) Christiansborg was completed in 1928 on the site of earlier castles and palaces.

The setting is an open palace square with a formal fountain and equestrian statue aligned on axis toward the tower, presenting a finished early-20th-century state.
