Craven Cottage

Craven Cottage is a football stadium in Fulham, West London, and has been home to Fulham F.C. since 1896. The ground sits beside Bishop's Park on the north bank of the River Thames and includes a small timber pavilion known as the 'Cottage' alongside early 20th-century red-brick stands by architect Archibald Leitch.

Compact riverside stadium set directly beside the Thames with a rectangular grass pitch and low terraces/stands on all sides. A small white timber gabled pavilion ('the Cottage') sits on the touchline; the opposite side features a long red-brick stand with rows of windows and pitched roof sections. Terraced standing banks run behind goals, simple metal railings at their fronts, and narrow concourses and turnstiles link the stands. Scale is intimate, with the river and park close behind one side.
