Frankfurt Cathedral (Imperial Dome of Saint Bartholomew) is a large Gothic collegiate church in the centre of Frankfurt am Main. Built mainly between the 13th and 15th centuries and finished in its present tower form in the 19th century, it served as the site of imperial elections and coronations in the Holy Roman Empire.

A tall, square-based west tower and slender Gothic spire of warm reddish-brown natural stone rise above a compact block of steep slate roofs; the church is a three-aisled hall with pointed-arch windows, flying buttresses and tall, traceried lancet windows at the choir. Clock faces punctuate the tower; stone buttresses and pinnacles articulate the exterior. The building sits amid dense old-town houses on the raised Dom hill beside the Main river and a low iron bridge.
